Mr. Steven Pynt LLB MBA
Chairman and Non-Executive Director

After completing his law degree in 1980, Mr. Pynt worked with a law firm for two and a half years before joining a major accounting firm where he worked as a tax consultant.  Subsequently, he established his own legal firm that later merged with a medium size Perth firm. Mr. Pynt is a director of McDonald Pynt Lawyers, practising primarily in commercial law.    Currently Mr. Pynt is a non-executive chairman of Richfield International Limited, a director of Gondwana Resources Ltd and director and chairman of Global Health Ltd (formerly Working Systems Solutions Ltd).  All of these companies are listed on the ASX. Mr Pynt is also a Director of Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd

Mr. Michael Scivolo
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Scivolo completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1971 and worked with various accounting firms as a tax consultant gaining CPA status in 1972. He became a partner in a medium size Perth practice in 1977 and has extensive experience in accounting and taxation work with corporate and non-corporate entities.

Mr. Scivolo is also a director of Sabre Resources Ltd, Blaze International Ltd, Power Resources Ltd and Prime Minerals Ltd, all of which are listed on the ASX.

Mr. Wayne Knight
Non-Executive Director

Mr Knight has worked in the financial services industry since 1989. He has experience in the areas of personal superannuation planning, managed investments, risk management, estate planning, rollover and redundancy planning, wealth creation and insurances.

Luke Martino
(Company Secretary)

Luke has significant experience in the mining and resources industry, particularly in the Republic of Indonesia. Luke is a Non-Executive Director of NuEnergy Capital Limited, an ASX-listed company developing coal bed methane projects in Indonesia, a Non-executive Director and Company Secretary of Pan Asia Corporation Limited, an ASX-listed company developing coal projects in Indonesia, and a former Director of South Pacific Resources Corporation, a Canadian publicly listed company which operated mining projects in Indonesia.

Luke is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, having worked for over 20 years with major accounting firms, where he held senior leadership positions including Lead Partner of Deloitte’s Growth Solutions practice in Perth and membership of the Board of Deloitte Australia.
